ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking Part Time 30 hours a week Nurses to work all shifts (day/evening/overnight) across Delaware. This exciting position offers Medical/Dental/Vision benefits effective on your first day of employment.


ChristianaCare HomeHealth Private Duty serves patients throughout the state of Delaware. Our pediatric through geriatric patients require gastric tube feedings for nutrition, and possess other medical conditions which require constant monitoring. Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and/ or complex adult patients.

Coordinate care with families, their loved one's doctors, and other health care professionals.

Create positive relationships by serving in a compassionate, responsive and courteous manner.

Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month

Administer medications and other prescribed treatments as ordered



DE LPN or RN license

1 year of experience working as an RN or LPN

Must be able to attend a two week daytime orientation in our Camden office, followed by patient specific field orientation

Previous home health and/or Long Term Care experience a plus

Tracheotomy and ventilator experience a plus
