Job Description

Responsibilities:

This position will lead all Chase.com ad campaigns, which includes being a subject matter expert for the channel, developing capability requirements, creating marketing campaign testing plans to inform product offers (price, premium, benefits), conversion funnel improvements and understanding attribution models and how to effectively optimize Chase.com digital assets. They will collaborate with business unit counterparts to establish new digital account marketing goals and develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve them, as well as maintain reporting on channel performance and individual test results. This role will also stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and bring innovative, new ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

+ 1+ years of relevant marketing experience; credit card/financial services experience preferred

+ Bachelor’s degree Preferred

+ Excellent project and time management capabilities

+ Strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate

+ Experience either working for or with agencies

+ Astute customer service orientation and previous partner management experience preferred

+ Detailed knowledge of Chase Card Services Campaign Operations environment
