Job Description

QA0603 – Manager, VP

+ Manages the quality assurance program across legal entities (regions) and processes, including the implementation of operational policies and plans

+ Monitors the control environment for client interactions for multiple functions and regions

+ Establishes and monitors overall team direction

+ Coordinates Compliance reviews and other audit activities and assists in the creation and testing of Action Plans, as needed

+ Recommends and implements enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems

+ Manages multiple resources and operating expenses

+ Interacts with business executives and other senior key stakeholders

+ Presents business updates to senior Quality leadership

+ Manages and directs team activities across multiple testing programs

Preferred Requirements:

+ Minimum of 7 years experience in Wealth Management or other Operation functions

+ Minimum of 5 years of management experience including management of other supervisors and leading teams greater than 10 people

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior level management reporting, analysis, or presentation field

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience

Requires advanced knowledge/skills in:

+ Wealth Management, including business processes and procedures

+ Product and industry standards including Regulatory and Legal requirements

+ Corporate policies, business services and systems

+ Multi-tasking, organizational skills, time management

+ Oral and written communication

+ Issue resolution

+ Analytical skills

+ Strategic planning and budget management

+ Conflict management

+ Risk and Control management

+ Professionalism, self-motivation, and working with urgency

+ Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects/teams and deliver business results

+ Demonstrates leadership skills including planning, organizing, performance management, and Conflict Management
