The Graphics Communications Assistant will create and execute design concepts and graphics for various marketing and communications materials including print and digital. The position will receive guidance from the TTP Marketing and Communications Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

+ Under the guidance of the TTP Marketing and Communications Specialist, conceptualize, design, create, and produce deliverables such as presentations, reports, brochures, data sheets, etc.

+ Protect the integrity of the HFPP’s identity to ensure consistency in look and feel across internal and external communications.

+ Design, create, and maintain appropriate images to support HFPP communications objective.

+ Work with both image and text to design the overall look and feel of HFPP communications.

+ Support the TTP Marketing and Communications Specialist to respond to ad-hoc requests from HFPP Leadership and TTP Leadership.

+ Performs other functions as assigned

+ Ability to develop relationships both in person and over the phone.

+ Ability to be careful and thorough about detail.

+ Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.

+ Ability to exercise independent judgment.

+ Ability to meet deadlines.

+ Ability to manage time effectively.

+ Ability to work on PC systems.

+ Ability to work with design software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

+ Ability to work proficiently with MS Office including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

+ Average manual dexterity in use of a PC, phone, sorting, filing and other office machines.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent required, experience with email marketing systems desired
