About This Position:

The Amazon Portfolio Marketing Manager will lead customer retention strategies and customer engagement strategies for the Amazon Rewards Visa credit card. This individual will partner closely with the Head of Portfolio Marketing and various cross functional teams including Operations, Customer Service and Centers of Excellence along with the partner to deliver against business objectives.

This position sits within the Co-brand Card organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will lead strategies and tactics to reinforce the Amazon Rewards Visa credit card value proposition to cement long-term engagement with the Amazon card and reduce attrition. This individual will leverage a variety of tactics including data insights, best practices, multi-channel experience on Chase and Amazon properties and voice of customer feedback to drive sustainable engagement to increase card engagement. This individual should have a proven track record of developing marketing plans inclusive of test and learn strategies and executing digital strategies that continuously improve performance and help influence future strategies.

Qualifications:

+ Self-starter with 7+ years relevant marketing experience

+ Demonstrated leadership and experience in retention strategies and multi-channel marketing strategies that leverage customer experience best practices

+ Ability to lead and influence cross-functional internal and external teams

+ Analytical thinker with ability to interpret data to identify key insights that drive change

+ Strong communication and presentation skills

+ Bachelor’s Degree required

+ Must be able to travel to 10% of the time
