Lumen is searching for a wildly talented Product Ecosystem Alliance Manager to nurture, enhance and support world-class relationships in Lumen’s cloud networking products. This role provides the ability to interact with the Biggest Cloud providers in the world , all while driving the key focus for Lumen. We know that strong sales professionals are important to the Lumen success model BUT this role is about relationships and NOT a sales role .

The Main Responsibilities
+ You are the beginning and end point of relationship management with your partners. This means you know what they need before they know they need it. This is accomplished by researching their needs, offering solutions and ensuring that the alliance remains strong, relevant and beneficial.
+ You are responsible for contributing to Lumen’s product-specific strategies through collaboration, providing feedback and offering boots on the ground perspectives.
+ Think of yourself as the conduit to amazing!! You serve as moderator, translator and advocate for both Lumen and 3 rd party alliance partners.
+ You will demonstrate, refine and daily practice strong communication tactics and skills with cross-functional teams and partners.
+ Your focus remains on results and outcomes by ensuring all milestones and expectations are met and that any unexpected surprises are met with an amazing solution.
+ Documentation is key to a clear path of success. The ability to summarize, conceptualize and operate within the parameters of contracts/agreements is key to success in this role.
+ You will lead any GTM and operational enablement initiatives connected to the relationship
What We Look For in a Candidate
+ Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ 8+ years of professional Corporate experience in Product, Program or Partner management or marketing
+ World class communication skills that include building rapport, strong written communication and active listening. You will also need to be able to effectively communication with technologies, marketeers, attorneys and C-Suite leadership.
+ Microsoft productivity software is used in this role, so come prepared to demonstrate your knowledge and ability to use.
+ Ability to remain organized and consistent in communication and execution while working with multiple partners. All of our partners are important and they need to know that our Alliance Manager is passionate and dedicated to the relationship.
