Strategic Services Lead Wilmington, DE

As a Barclays Strategic Services Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring strategy changes made to Acquisitions, Triggers (for ECM and HRAM), Partner database files, and Pre and Full Solit file criteria are incorporated into the applicable vendor or in house processes. This role also manages the file delivery process, strategy/criteria changes, and file audits for the deprice strategies. What will you be doing? • Interacting with vendors Axciom and TU to drive changes to processes and identify opportunities for improvements • Assisting with submission of changes to criteria at the vendor and managing file receipt process • Managing changes to prescreen and IPS criteria flags provided by risk groups, and execute audits against the changes to ensure accuracy • Managing implementation changes to the PreSolit and Full Solit files, and conducting validation tests and audits to ensure changes are implemented correctly. • Working with Acxiom to implement changes to models as directed by risk groups, and ensuring dependent processes are ready to accept changes • Managing the prospect database with TU overseeing criteria changes made by risk teams as well as managing the file delivery and scheduling • Identifying root cause of issues, and ensuring fixes are implemented accurately What we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree and/ or equivalent work experience • Ability to effectively negotiate and influence to accomplish objectives in a matrix management environment • 5+ years’ experience in Financial Services Industry Skills that will help you in the role: • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with executive level colleagues as well as internal and external contacts • Audit experience a plus • Familiarity with data management a plus Where will you be working?
