The VInA2I organization is a multi-disciplinary team focused on applying advances in Voice Analytics, Conversational AI and Ambient sensing across multiple customer segments and a broad set of use cases spanning end customer innovation at the home to backend systems supporting our associates, care teams and providers. The Lead Solutions Architect translates business needs into technical systems solutions. Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. The Lead Solutions Architect works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. The Lead Solutions Architect work lead projects and assignments that involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
+ Translates business needs into technical systems solutions
+ Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system
+ Begins to influence department’s strategy
+ Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction
+ Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 7 or more years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology field
+ Knowledge of infrastructure architecture design, including cloud-based infrastructure
+ Demonstrated expertise with one full life cycle analytics engagement across strategy, design and implementation
+ Experience delivering capabilities including (but not limited to): Omnichannel – Queuing, routing, and experience, Softphone, AI/ML, Chatbots & Voicebots, Voice Authentication, Desktop Process Automation and Analytics, Speech Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, etc.
+ Experience with AWS SageMaker, Google tensorflow and or other Data Science platforms
+ Degree in computer science or a related discipline, such as data science, applied mathematics, electrical engineering, or systems engineering
