At Bright Horizons, you will:

Ensure implementation of Bright Horizons philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices including: curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices

Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers

Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed

 

Instructional Coaches must pass state and company background checks. Experience and educational requirements include:

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor's degree

At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required

 

PhysicalDemands
