+ Manage the Procedure Management and Governance team responsible for providing oversight and control to ensure adherence to JPM’s Policy Framework
+ Manage relationships and create strong partnerships with various functional teams within Compliance to ensure timely delivery of BAU tasks and achievement of yearly initiatives
+ Own and coordinate the development of strategic initiatives to further improve the PMG governance model including the engagement of outside consultants and buy in from the Senior Leadership team
+ Oversee Procedure Working Group meetings to assist with timely document reviews, approvals, publication, training and communication
+ Track and communicate Compliance initiatives, including technological enhancements, in a continuously changing environment, with the ability to re-prioritize as required
+ Assist in the production and communication of weekly metrics to senior management that provides transparency related to BAU and various initiatives in flight
+ Identify and escalate key risks, issues, and delays to senior management in a timely manner
