Kforce has a client in Newark, DE that is seeking a Compliance Analyst Basic.Responsibilities: * Compliance Analyst Basic will review existing Sanctions related entities and conduct research to determine if the entities should remain on the internal lists * Perform complex sanctions related investigations on international company ownership and detailed research using multiple search tools * Compliance Analyst Basicoordinate with internal partners to maintain information to the bank filtering systems * Maintain documentation of all identification, research, and ongoing monitoring of entities * Compliance Analyst Basic will demonstrate independent judgment in drafting sanctions risk exposure analysis of international entities and verbal presentation of analysis * BA/BS or equivalent experience * Minimum of 4 years of banking/financial services * 2 years of Compliance, Operations, or Risk management experience. Strong knowledge of OFAC Sanctions programs, preferred * Confident decision-making skills with the ability to articulate supporting rationale * Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a great appetite to learn * Strong attention to detail, organizational, oral and written communication and presentation skills * Knowledge of the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulations and processes. * Knowledge of the USA PATRIOT Act, and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and corresponding regulations * Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and SharePoint Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
