Global People Leadership Development

+ Drive large-scale horizontal design and implementation of leadership development framework aligned to strategic talent priorities.

+ Bring an outside-in perspective and next practices solutions on the future of work and new leadership attributes required to excel.

+ Lead a team to design and oversee high-impact leadership development experiences to global audiences for aspiring, emerging, mid-level, senior, and executive level leaders – creating leadership as a differentiator.

+ Ensure that all leadership development curricula and experiences are best-in-class and are aligned with overall talent strategy in support of business strategy.

+ Partner with Executive Director, Global Talent & Leadership to ensure that the leadership development framework reinforces our Company’s culture and integrates seamlessly into talent practices.

+ Collaborate closely with divisional representatives to bring the ‘voice of the customer’ into development of the leadership framework and design of program experiences.

+ Partner with Workforce Analytics to enhance the design and deliver of leadership experiences and to extend impact using data to inform decisions.

+ Manage our Company’s broad-based coaching offerings. Actively manage vendor, customer, and stakeholder relationships and create integration with leadership development solutions.

+ Manage vendor relationships to optimize desired learning outcomes, learner experience, and use of technology and innovation.

Contribute to Design and Execution of Enterprise Talent Strategy

+ Participate as an active member of the Global Talent & Leadership (GT&L) Senior Team.

+ Collaborate with Executive Director, Global Talent & Leadership in applying best practices and leading-edge approaches to our Company’s enterprise talent strategy.

+ Maintain knowledge, network and expertise in internal/ external best practices in global talent management.

+ Support Executive Director, Global Talent & Leadership in the planning and implementation of Corporate succession planning and executive talent reviews, including development of Executive Team (ET), CEO and Board presentations. Integrate talent analytics and input from Divisional Succession Plans into overall Company Plan.

+ Collaborate with GT&L colleagues to develop and deploy learning analytics to measure progress, drive action, and inform action across entire talent strategy.

+ Integrate and leverage expertise and approaches across Global Talent Management (e.g., Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Consulting, and Workforce Analytics).


+ Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred in related discipline.


+ 12 years minimum experience in human resources, talent management or relevant area.

+ Strong business acumen and experience in navigating complex, broad global business structures.

+ Extensive experience in HR, Talent Management, or Leadership Development.

+ Experience designing and leading Talent Management initiatives.

+ Exceptional people/team leadership skills.

+ Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.

+ Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence senior leaders.

+ Recognized as a thought leader with a strong network within the talent management/ leadership development industry.

+ Exceptional collaboration skills, strong relationship building and stakeholder management. Flexibility to meet business needs while moving key programs and priorities forward.

+ Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing leading edge leadership development strategies and best practices, ideally in large and globally diverse organizations.

+ Deep expertise in imagining, designing, building, tracking, and measuring the impact of leadership development initiatives.

+ Discretion, comfort, and confidentiality in working with very sensitive information.

+ Comfort with ambiguity and highly matrixed organizational structures.
