Citibank, N.A. seeks a Specialized Analytics Lead Analyst for its Wilmington, Delaware location.
Duties: Extract and assess data from internal datawarehouse related to Citi customers having multiple products including credit card, banking relation, mortgage (multi-relation customers) and card and banking products using tools and techniques including SAS, SQL. Use statistical techniques and methodologies to measure and forecast drivers. Analyze credit card spend, bank deposits, investments and key metrics and develop sophisticated insights on how customers interact with multiple Citi products. Analyze customer behavior and draw insights for devising strategies to grow and engage customers. Perform customer deep dive analyses to develop insights and recommendations used to develop marketing offers, enhance brand loyalty, stem customer attrition and stimulate customer engagement. Collaborate with Citi internal product teams and business partners to implement product and customer segmentation strategies. Develop and enhance multi-relationship customer scorecard to track customer growth. Identify potential opportunities to grow multi-relationship customers and reduce attrition. Provide analytical solutions to develop new products and enhance existing products to attract and engage potential customers. Develop analytical models, simulations and feasibility assessment models to be used in new product development. Work with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies to stimulate growth and engagement of customers with new products. Develop reporting solutions for monitoring and measuring performance of multi-relationship customers. Forecast growth of customers and products. Identify potential risks and opportunities for products. Develop algorithms to determine and understand value of customers, the direct and indirect benefits that the customers get through credit card and banking relationship.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a DCM Project Analytics, Principal Analyst, Lead Analyst, VP Analytics Management Associate or related position involving analytics for the Credit Card industry. 6 years of experience must include: Using Statistical techniques and methodologies to measure and forecast customer behavior; Using statistical and machine learning algorithms to provide analytical insights related to credit card products and rewards platform offerings; Data retrieval and manipulation from Teradata; SAS and SQL programming languages; Presentation of analysis insights to management and stakeholders; Design and execution of MIS; and Customer segmentation strategies.
