BlackRock’s Service Management & Control team is responsible for internal digital tools and the employee experience, including user education and communications and quality control and analytics. We are seeking a driven Product Manager, focused on our user-facing platforms like Teams, SharePoint Online and Webex. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can successfully manage a suite of products through the product lifecycle.

Location: We are looking to staff this role in Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Philadelphia, Princeton, Washington, DC, or Wilmington. Our teams are currently working remote until November 1. We expect our future to be a hybrid office/work from home mix (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

As a Product Manager, you will:

+ Help to develop and communicate product strategy, vision and roadmap aligned with Digital Workplace objectives and end-user needs.

+ Work with Head of Product Management, product owners and engineering leads to prioritize and coordinate projects to minimize user impact.

+ Facilitate communication, coordination and handover between product owners and operational support teams.

+ Oversee product lifecycle, defining user stories and partnering with product owners to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

+ Engage with Release Management, User Education & Knowledge Management and other partner teams to rollout new products and improvements to the enterprise.

+ Partner with product owners to drive product development.

+ Adhere to internal product processes.

+ Work with product owners and reporting team to define product success metrics, demonstrating product value to partners and internal leadership.

What You’ll Need:

+ 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role.

+ 1-3 years of experience in internal digital tools. Microsoft 365 experience is preferable.

+ Understanding of SaaS and DaaS, with basic understanding of IaaS and PaaS.

+ Excellent communication, project management, analytical and organizational skills

+ Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
