ChristianaCare is looking to hire a Program Manager whowill provide overall management, coordination and strategy for Cancer Center research portfolio and research-related cancer programs under the direction of Director of Business Operations.
Manages operating and capital budgets for research and grant proposals and oversees the preparation of budgets for all oncology research program operations at Helen F. Graham Cancer Center and Research Institute.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of large, complex projects with department managers and Principal Investigators to ensure that goals or objectives are met within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters.
Routinely works with Corporate Development and Corporate Finance to manage growing portfolio of donated gifts and endowments to ensure program funding is expended according to intention of donors and sponsors.
Monitors, manages, and prepares budgets for grant applications, monitors expenditures for grants and donated funds in consultation with responsible personnel in the Cancer Center, Office of Sponsored Programs, Research Finance and Internal Review Board.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field required.
3-5 years of experience in a finance position within a health care organization. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
