Responsible for set-up, service to guests and break-down of banquet events. Exceeds the guest’s expectations and Harry’s expectations of high quality of service and continuously improving that quality of service. Assists in training and supervising all banquet related personnel.
Credentials Needed -
Minimum 1 year BANQUET SERVER experience preferred.
Banquet Server positions must possess or be able to obtain a valid Delaware Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement Alcohol Beverage Server Training Certification.
Must have the ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and up to 40 pounds frequently.
Must be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to eight hours in length.
