This role is responsible for adding new T-Mobile customers in small towns across America. The Hometown Expert will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new customers through a variety of activities including, but not limited to, in-person prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals throughout the local community. The ideal candidate will be a part of the community they serve and develop personalized solutions to deliver on customer's needs. Candidate required to live in their assigned Hometown Market.
What you'll do in your role.
Connect with members of your community in-person to build interest in T-Mobile services in an effort to generate new consumer and business customers
Meet with prospective customers in your community to deliver a personalized purchase experience pairing their needs with T-Mobile solutions - voice, tablets, home internet
Work closely with local community leaders and T-Mobile marketing teams to participate in promotional events and selling opportunities throughout the community to generate brand interest and sales
Develop strategies and sales plans crafted to convert leads generated from marketing efforts and promotional events to sales
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales, operations, and customer experience targets
Successfully complete training and continuing education to maintain knowledge of products, services, and sales approaches
Supports company initiatives and creates an inclusive environment with customers and teammates
Exhibit personal leadership by consistently maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Travel will be required within 100-mile radius of listed home store location
2 years Sales or Customer Service experience preferred
1+ years Wireless experience, preferred
Because this position requires local travel you need valid license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
