About the Role: We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Marketer to join our Performance Solutions Division at our Appleton South facility in Elkton, Maryland. A remote opportunity will also be considered. In this role you will be responsible to deliver world-class B2B eCommerce capabilities that meet the needs of our Global customers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Manage the relationship with the business to develop an ecommerce build plan that ladders back up to key market, customer & sales priorities

Be in lock-step with the business partners to interpret their needs and translate them into operational and technical requirements

Collaborate with divisional stakeholders, Enterprise partners, and other groups on product offering' strategies and roadmaps

Identify new eCommerce technologies, trends, and opportunities to manage website enhancements

Ensure the product backlog and continuous improvement and run requirements are aligned with business priorities and that features and functionality maximize value

Use analytics to propose user optimizations and actionable insights across the website that will be useful both to marketing leadership and day-to-day stakeholders

 

 

 

 

Required Qualifications:

BS or BA Degree

Minimum of 5 years of BtoB and BtoC eCommerce Experience

Experienced in system analytics and CRM to monitor, analyze and communicate program insights and recommendations for ongoing value capture

Knowledgeable of project, data system and process tools like JIRA,Adobe Analytics,Salesforce B2B & B2C eCommerce,SAP, SAP Business Warehouse & SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Office - Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word & Visio, UAT and QA testing

Adept at using analytics to proactively align metrics with goals and to identify areas of improvement or optimization/A/B testing

A strong communicator that effectively manages discovery, build, and continuous run and maintain improvements to meet the project timeline and desired outcomes

Demonstrated ability to deliver ecommerce solutions using agile

Able to work through a matrixed organization and effective in identifying program progress, issues, risks, dependencies, and blockers to day-to-day stakeholders escalating to leadership as necessary

Ability to work with cross functional team members to understand the business goals, targeted customers, desired channel services and experiences, and critical needs to go-to-market through various eCommerce capabilities

Ability to travel up to 5%
