The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a part-time Dining Outlets Manager to join our team and focus on providing the highest quality of service for our membership in all of our outlets including our 1920 Restaurant, Legends Bar, Pool, Fitness Window, Indoor Golf Center and Bar Carts. The responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to the oversight of the front of the house service levels while supervising, hiring, scheduling and training of all front of house employees.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Minimum two years’ experience in restaurant management required
- Related Experience in Food and Beverage Service, Service Training is preferred
- Beverage Interest Including Wine, Cocktails and Craft Beer.
- Proficiency with computer and restaurant software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Email, Point of Sale, Social Media, etc.
