This is a role wellsuited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career.As a Biochemist 2 in Manufacturing Technical Operations Calibrator group, youwill be responsible for :

+ Provides guidance to technicians and lead troubleshootingduring production of commercial products

+ Investigates escalated customer complaints and manufacturing issues andimplements corrective and preventive actions.

+ Coordinates and performs data analysis and writes internal reports anddocumentation.

+ Coordinates and performs material and process validations followingwritten protocols, prepares validation and/or test results reports.

+ Leads design and process change projects to improvemanufacturability and productivity

Required skills to have for the success of this role

+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology,Medical Technology or related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years of successfulexperience in related field. Advanced degree preferred and may besubstituted for experience.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and theability to work as a project leader as well as independently.

+ A team player with demonstratedability to switch priorities to meet business needs
