This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, lookingfor the next step in their career. As a Senior Biochemist, you will beresponsible for :

+ Providingguidance to technicians and lead troubleshooting during production ofcommercial products

+ Investigatingescalated customer complaints and manufacturing issues and implementingcorrective and preventive actions.

+ Coordinating andperforming data analysis and writing internal reports and documentation.

+ Coordinating andperforming material and process validations following written protocols,preparing validation and/or test results reports.

+ Creatingand revising work instructions for existing or new products

+ Leadingdesign and process change projects to improve manufacturability andproductivity

+ Participatingin design transfer activities for new and revised products

+ May work in thelaboratory running automated chemistry/immunoassay analyzers with serumand other biological fluids of human and animal origin.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience to have for the
success of this role:

+ B.S, M.S. or in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related Engineeringdisciplines

+ Relevant job-relatedexperience: B.S. with ~ 6 years, M.S. with ~ 4 years,ph. D. with ~ 2 years

+ Proficiencywith Microsoft Office

+ Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work as aproject leader as well as independently.

+ A teamplayer with demonstrated ability to switch priorities to meet businessneeds
