Your mission:

Drive marketing personalization, automation, and data capabilities for Kabbage, serving as the marketing owner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and deliver on marketing & servicing email data needs for new Kabbage product or feature launches

2. Advance our capabilities, including enabling push notifications and customer marketing contact preference management

3. Be the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expert for the team: oversee campaign and triggered journey building, maintain attribution and QA standards, manage email deliverability

4. Identify gaps in our marketing automation and operations today. Discover, champion, and prioritize new tools and opportunities

Qualifications

What you should have:

+ Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or comparable experience with a similar ESP that integrates with Salesforce

+ Basic understanding of SQL and HTML/CSS
