Principal Associate, PPD Associate Experience

Our Retail Bank Products, Platforms & Data ("PPD") team is a talented organization of 200+ product managers working across our digital platforms to deliver outstanding capabilities to our customers and associates. PPD associates are committed to enhancing the features customers use every day, dramatically improving associate facing tools and investing in bold experiments that tangibly deliver on the brand promise of Banking Reimagined.
We are looking for a talented person to project manage our efforts to attract, onboard, and engage diverse talent within PPD. This associate would report into PPD's People Strategy team. Within PPD's People Strategy team, we are charged with building PPD as a best-in-class product shop by investing in culture, communications, professional development, and diversity within our organization.
Develop thoughtful onboarding experiences that orient associates tactically, organizationally and socially. Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery.
Differentiate onboarding experiences based on job level, job family, and background. Design and develop both asynchronous and cohort-based programs.
Support our recruiting partners on sourcing new interviewers, and incentivizing our existing interviewer community to contribute meaningfully to bringing in diverse, best-in-class talent.
Partner with HR and others to tackle our diversity, inclusion, and belonging goals. Design and execute on initiatives to build a more inclusive workplace. Help identify attrition risks, and identify strategies to reduce attrition among our high-performing associates.
Craft messages and talking points leveraged by leaders. Partner with executives in the context of our diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Partner with HR to plan and manage programs and events to support our goals to attract great talent.
Manage up to ensure progress against organizational goals.
Collaborate with many partners across the organization to ensure alignment in our approaches. Secure buy-in on any new proposed initiative, and keep all stakeholders in the loop on your work.
At least 4 years project management experience
6+ years of Project Management experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
