"Property Checkers" - $20.00/hour !
9:00 am - 4:00 pm each Sat
Immediate start, and required commitment to work each Sat. through Labor Day. Property checking unoccupied rental location, to stage vacation rental homes for incoming guests, check for items possibly left behind by departing guests, check for any damages, confirm WIFI, change light bulbs, batteries, and some very light cleaning if needed. Same listing of location each week, properties range from Lewes to Fenwick Island, so you must have your own vehicle and cell phone for communications with the main office and Crew-Lead. You will be supplied with necessary inspection supplies etc.
Need to be physically capable of stooping, bending, climbing stairs, etc. and have some sense of technology.
