Through an intelligence-led, technology-enabled approach, the objective of the CAT team is to help define where Randstad needs to play and how to win to create a competitive advantage and drive enterprise customer growth and market share. Working in close partnership with Sales, Account Management and Randstad operating companies, the CAT team will create this competitive advantage through differentiated brand and customer value propositions, total talent model design, high performance and the quality of our own talent.
The CAT team consists of five specialized skills domain which will come together to accelerate impact across the customer experience and buying lifecycle. The functional areas include:
The Intelligence team has the purpose to share proactive insights and services on where to play and how to win including labour market insights.
The Marketing and Communications team is focused on building the market-leading enterprise B2B brand in the marketplace, and attracting and engaging prospects and existing customers through a targeted account-based marketing approach.
The Solutions Design and Bids team engages customers with differentiated customer value propositions and talent models that deliver measurable impact.
The Global Pursuit Operations team is focused on driving sales and account management effectiveness through technology enablement and consistent ways of working.
The Talent Marketing team is dedicated to creating competitive differentiation by strategically supporting our clients and operations to increase direct hiring effectiveness via employer branding, talent experience and recruitment marketing, including advisory services.
purpose of the job
Develop and deliver Randstad Sourceright NAM design of integrated and traditional contingent workforce solutions (MSP & integrated MSP) to secure new business wins and retain key customers. This is a key strategic role that will drive the development of Randstad Sourceright NAM and its vision to be the market leading MSP organization globally. Typical clients will have between €10m and €50m in spend under management for MSP and be 400+ hires per year in some of the world’s leading employer brands.
+ Proactive partnership with sales/account management in creating the solution strategy and roadmap for qualified customers resulting in creating new business, expanding and retaining customers.
+ Leads customer workshops, bringing creative thinking, sensitivity and agility to solve their talent challenges which in turn advance the commercial process
+ Builds effective relationships with key stakeholders who are influencers in the overall solution strategy and decision to choose RSR as their trusted partner
+ Directly responsible for designing and documenting the end-to-end solution in close partnership with the commercial lead and customer stakeholders – this covers: requirements analysis, solution scope and design, resource alignment, proposed delivery source mix, attraction strategy, technology stack, commercial modeling and recommendations on any risks/assumptions made throughout the engagement
+ Manage the interaction with sales/account management, the solution design community (for enterprise global deals), implementation, operations, technology, legal, HR and commercial finance to arrive at the right solution to meet the customer objectives
+ Support the process and timetable for bid/proposal submissions including sign-off for the proposed solution and creation of custom bid response material where required
+ Attend and present at external and internal meetings as well as formal customer presentations necessary to advance business development
+ Member of the Randstad Enterprise Group global solution design community, contributing to activities which advance best practice sharing, innovation and education in ways to accelerate solution design
+ Builds up expertise in MSP/SOW solutions with a forward looking view towards total talent solutions
+ Keeps engaged with industry developments and advancements which will evolve solution design and create value differentiation
+ Support the development and improvement of solution strategies/tools/methodologies, including interfaces to sales, implementations, operations, technology, legal, HR and finance
+ Continually supports to improve RSR’s capability to design value added solutions which meet our customers need and compliments both customer and RSR commercial objectives.
+ Provides awareness and knowledge of local market/business intelligence which can be leveraged towards future opportunities and practices
+ Be an expert on the solutions provided by Randstad Sourceright Assist in the on-going development of the solutions capability of RSR, including identifying preferred models and contributions to the evolution of different \“modules\” such as, for example: sourcing, selecting, diversity, employer branding, change management, supply chain management, compliance.
+ Collect information from operational teams/sales/account management to verify and optimize future RSR engagements.
+ Keep informed and engaged on innovations available within the industry that are relevant to determine the most compelling solutions and able to demonstrate the value add of innovation towards our customers
+ Act as an ambassador and role model for the business.
+ University/Post Graduate or equivalent professional & intellectual
+ Proven MSP experience within a sales and/or operations environment
+ Ability to design MSP/SOW and specialist recruiting solutions from scope to deployment
+ Experience of working with multi-layered (matrix) sales/account management/implementations/operations teams on the bid process
+ Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies
+ Experience of recruitment and contingent workforce solutions with a variety of complex and international components/modules/interfaces including recruitment technologies (e.g. VMS / ATS)
+ Demonstrable evidence of working on complex and multicultural projects towards agreed deadlines
+ 2-3 years’ experience in a similar function especially within the MSP arena and/or professional recruitment sectors
+ Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in a similar function especially within the RPO arena and/or professional recruitment sectors
+ Experience with recruitment and employment processes, employee/candidate management systems, and legal employment practices
+ Experience in working on international sales / bid opportunities
+ Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT/Word), Google mail and Social/business media tools
Knowledge & competencies
+ In-depth knowledge of the MSP and staffing solutions and industry
+ General business acumen related to contingent workforce and general business practices
+ Preferred knowledge of the RPO solutions and industry
+ Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the outsourced recruitment sector including tools and technology platforms
+ Working knowledge of VMS/ATS/HR technology platforms practical user interfaces/capabilities
