What You’ll Be Doing

+ Test, design, implement and optimize objective speech quality evaluation model.

+ Monitor and evaluate Zoom audio quality. Identify and track abnormal values.

+ Analyze third-party audio test report.

Basic Requirements

+ At least 18 years old, currently enrolled in a four-year academic institution completing a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or a related STEM field.

+ Familiar with PESQ, POLQA or other speech quality evaluation standards.

+ Proficient with audio analysis tools.

+ Detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.

+ Team player, ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

+ Strong communication skills and a desire to learn something new.

+ A passion for Zoom’s mission, vision, values, and culture.

Nice to have

+ Knowledge of audio signal processing such as AEC is a plus.
