Our Process Chemistry Development group is looking for an experienced process chemist. The Research Investigator, Process Chemistry provides intermediates and final drug substance for further study, evaluation, and analytical method validation.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)

Provide internal scale-up and process optimization support to meet non-GMP drug substance needs.

Prepare Technology Transfer documents for the preparation of drug substance by outside CRO's.

Design and execute new synthetic routes and procedures for the preparation of drug intermediates and final drug substance.

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)

Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or equivalent experience.

0-3 years of experience in life sciences industry.

Post-doc in related area of research preferred.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
