As a Barclays Digital Acquisition Lead you will be responsible for managing key partner programs across all digital channels, growth and financial performance of partners managed. You will accomplish this through management of the partner relationships combined with effective business planning. You will develop and implement customer value propositions, marketing programs, service and credit strategies. What will you be doing? • Developing digital marketing and paid media plans and initiatives and ensuring ongoing growth and profitability of managed partners • Developing test strategy across channels, integrate into partner digital channels and leverage emerging channels (Display, Paid Search, Video, Social, etc.) to deliver goals • Working with internal as well as external resources, to create, design and oversee digital programs that drive growth and profitability • Building and maintaining effective business/working relationships with clients and contacts both internally and externally • Conducting program reviews and ensuring goals are aligned between Barclays and partners managed • Renewing profitable partnerships and ensuring contractual obligations are met • You will work with analysis teams to track partner performance relative to expectations. Analyze results to set strategies to ensure delivery of goals for partners • Working closely with Technology teams to ensure all campaigns are executed flawlessly What we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience with leading digital campaigns, including paid media channels (PPC, Display, Affiliates and Social) • Experience with analytics and Martech platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.) • Significant years of experience in marketing or financial Services Skills that will help you in the role: • Ability to multi-task and work well with vendors, partners, other bank colleagues (Legal, Marketing, Ops, Technology, etc.) • Prior vendor or relationship management experience • Good oral and written communication skills – able to provide clear direction and feedback to achieve business objectives • Proven quantitative skills Where will you be working?
