We are looking for a senior-level professional with digital analytics, reporting, and data stewardship responsibilities in multiple related areas: digital marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM), and multi-business unit process definition and support. This role is responsible for managing projects across multiple business units, that are complex and diverse in nature and are typically long term in duration. Must be able to process conceptual strategies to into project plans and tasks with minimal supervision.
+ Provide the marketing organization with the necessary analytics to deliver insights that impact marketing decisions, optimizations, and investments.
+ Lead the development of campaign and channel measurement strategies.
+ Provide guidance on campaign measurement plans and goals for teams across the organization in campaign planning process.
+ Create presentation reports that present data in an easy to understand format encompassing statistics, graphs, and other tools as needed.
+ Continually evaluate and recommend possible marketing changes and point out insights to the marketing team that could positively impact the overall marketing/lead generation/optimization strategy.
+ Participate as a thought-leader/teacher by sharing knowledge and best practices with the entire marketing teams
+ Plans maintenance and improvement of MarTech tools based on analytics and reporting needs
+ Seeks out, evaluates, and recommends outside vendors and services in support of digital analytics and reporting needs for corporate and business unit/division partners.
+ Partner with CIO Office on long term needs
+ 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing or operational analysis
+ Extensive experience with digital marketing and analytics tools, relational data structures, CRM and marketing automation systems (Eloqua, SalesForce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Platform, LinkedIn)
+ Experience in visualization tools to help drive data adoption and knowledge across the organization (Power BI)
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in SQL
+ Previous experience supporting B2B marketing channel measurement, marketing attribution, and marketing/sales funnel analytics with a deep understanding of digital media metrics and data.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, data analytics, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
