Primary Responsibilities

+ As a Technical product owner(TPO), the candidate would be responsible to work with business stakeholders in defining, designing, proposing and implementation oversight of solutions for our Company’s key business processes from an end to end supply chain planning standpoint.

+ Product owner will bring strong domain expertise for the Supply Chain Planning products that include SAP, Rapid response, Analytics, etc., and help mature capabilities, while coordinating with key SAP technology teams (ABAP, Basis, Security, Database etc.,). Continually assess and align key process linkages between SAP ECC, APO,BI, Rapid Response, and Analytic Platforms.

+ Serves as a technology and subject matter expert on End to End supply chain processes and related functions such as Forecasting, Distribution Requirements Planning, Material Requirements Planning, Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling.

+ Has a good understanding of processes that overlap with Manufacturing such as Finance, Procurement, and Order to Cash.

+ As a technical product owner, the candidate working with the business stakeholders would define use cases for advanced capabilities in Supply Chain Planning platforms or other tools which includes digital capabilities.

+ Candidate should have the ability to develop, articulate, and build support around a long term strategy and implement incremental milestones in support of that strategy while delivering short term needs.

+ As a member of the Supply Chain Planning technical team, the TPO provides leadership and direction for establishing the technical capabilities working with various Internal and external stakeholders. Once the capability is established, will help manage the backlog and guide the SteadyState team deliver requirements thus enhancing the overall Supply Chain capabilities.

+ Working with the product line leads and stakeholders , the candidate establishes the roadmap for delivery based on capability gaps and will be responsible for delivery to meet expected functionality.

+ Experience in managing project budget, develop budgetary estimates, and execution to budgets with appropriate staff.

+ Results-orientated with the proven ability and reputation for developing plans and implementing them successfully.

Education Minimum Requirement:

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems or related discipline.
