HRIS Business Analyst
Pay Level: 07
HRIS Business Analyst will be responsible for the research, implementation and maintenance of new and existing HR technology solutions. In performing this function, the Analyst will work closely with other HR staff, outside consultants and vendors to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, leverage the return on technological capabilities, and assist in the development and delivery of technology solutions. In this role, you will apply in-depth knowledge of and expertise in Human Resource Technology concepts, policies, practices and procedures in support of all HR functional areas to maintain systems, implement (process) improvements, ensure data quality, and analyze and report on the data in the HRIS.
Designs, implements and analyzes reports to identify information status and trends. Ensure efficient systems integration and upgrades. Monitor system performance and improve system efficiency.
+ Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR and Benefit systems ensuring data integrity, seamless integrations, and maximizing operational efficiencies
+ Serve as system administrator for ADP WorkforceNow (WFN). Process and analyze employee information via WFN to ensure accurate, compliant and timely employee record processing. Serve as subject matter expert and administrator of WFN for employee record maintenance, reporting, and integration with payroll process, and integration with ATS, employee lifecycle, learning management and benefit carrier systems.
+ Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement
+ Provides analytical and data support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ATS and employee lifecycle systems.
+ Proactively audit HRIS Systems and workflows to ensure data integrity.
+ Collaborate with the IT and other internal departments, as well as outside carriers and vendors in supporting the company s technology roadmap.
+ 3-5+ years of experience in HR technology
+ Proven project management skills.
+ Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
+ ADP Certification preferred
+ Experience working with employee lifecycle systems (i.e.: ATS, Onboarding, Training and Development)
+ Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Pivot Tables, Formulas, and V-lookups
