The Manager of IT Performance Management reports to the Director of IT Service and Delivery. The successful candidate will be an energetic and clear communicator who has operational experience in monitoring and measuring IT Service Management and project execution. Responsibilities will include defining and implementing performance metrics for the IT group overall covering applications, infrastructure, security, projects and related costs. Also, this person will develop templates and processes to track costs across all IT initiatives and support all leaders in producing the reports for same. This person will work closely with the Director, IT Finance, IT PMO, and IT Services and Delivery leaders to track and monitor IT Performance across the portfolio of projects and services to enable continuous improvement driven by data.
+ Define a metrics and data driven approach for Performance Management of the IT Service and Delivery organization and IT overall.
+ Develop templates and processes for tracking costs across all IT initiatives and support all leaders in producing the reports for same.
+ Develop and maintain repository for storing performance management reports.
+ Work to automate the process as much as possible and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes within the IT group driven by data.
+ Work with leaders on the collection of the data and reporting of the metrics for IT leadership and the CIO.
+ Develop and implement a robust process for reporting of the data on a weekly basis.
+ Support implementation of reporting mechanisms and tools to enable the various tracking processes.
+ Oversee process to ensure the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and supporting Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) are developed and published.
+ Responsible for measuring and quantifying performance and compliance.
+ Develop performance measures and consistently report metrics.
+ Interface with other teams (Development, Delivery) to ensure aligned and coordinated strategy are designed to meet service management goals and objectives.
+ Experience and understanding of Black & Veatch businesses, IT systems, and applications
+ Advanced ITSM and Project Execution knowledge
+ Demonstrable track record of maintaining and maturing IT-focused reporting processes and tools
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills

+ Strong problem-solving skills
Education : Bachelor’s degree. Business, Technology or Computer Science and MBA preferred.
Experience: 12+ years experience.
+ Strong knowledge of IT Services and Delivery management and associated measures, processes, and approaches
+ Knowledge of applicable tools
+ Credibility as a senior-level leader
+ Strategic Thinking: Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines
+ Team Leadership & Development: Ability to mentor, coach, and effectively transfer expertise to others
