With on-site training and mentoring, they are committed to your professional development as well.Duties: * Primary task is to facilitate NMLS Registration for in scope employees * Manage inbound/outbound phone activities in support of HR functions and employee inquiries * Process assigned work activities timely and accurately * Provide additional support to management as well as within department as necessary * Minimum of two years of Customer Service experience is preferred * Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Internet navigation * Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle and resolve employee data related issues * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing projects * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality * Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Experience with reporting is a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
