Job Description

Kforce has a client in search of an AML Compliance Analyst in Newark, DE.Duties: * Interpretation of AML Risk standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures * Make risk-based determination through Quality Analysis whether alerts were properly cleared by Compliance Alerts Analysts * Ensure Alert data has been accurately collected and documented, including but not limited to: Investigations data, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARS) & Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), Know Your Customer (KYC) information, any relevant account and transaction data and all required information which would assist in an investigation * Identifies and acquires customer and transaction information across multiple platforms/systems * Conducts data research to uncover patterns and trends within money laundering activities in customer and transaction data * Conduct research utilizing both internal and external resources * Analyze large amounts of financial data * Identify potential concerns and control issues, determine the root cause of issues, and escalate needs for appropriate corrective actions * Assist with driving improvements in control metrics and proactively addressing personnel and systemic stress points in the end to end process * Knowledge and/or experience with high production BSA, AML, OFAC and other AML Investigative processing with strong * Retail banking knowledge, particularly experience with branch referral and bank deposit product processing * Flexibility/Initiative: Self-starter, capable of working under minimum supervision, with the ability to manage multiple requests for information and handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify key issues, obtain appropriate information for further analysis, and develop actionable recommendations * Analytical: Exceptional research and analytical skills, with experience in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication * Strong research, analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of data Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
