The IT Project Sr Tech Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

The senior technology leader will drive the Clearing technology delivery and modernization for the entire P&R technology organization. More importantly we have embarked on an scaled agile transformation and need a leader to drive this transformation across our organization. This person will be required in New Castle, Delaware or JC, New Jersey and will interact very closely with Payments Product Leadership team, Payments Operations and Technology Leadership teams that are located in different time zones. The incumbent should have strong payments processing knowledge with an in-depth understanding of regulatory/sanctions mandates on payment platform. She/he will also identify, prioritize and respond to events or conditions that may impact one or more project/program objectives from being met and control the scope of the project and ensure that the defined and agreed scope, as well as benefits, have been met.
