About this role
The People Operations team within HR Platforms & Infrastructure at BlackRock is responsible for the effective delivery and support of all employee and talent related operational activities across the HR function globally. The function is comprised of the following: contactHR, Talent Acquisition Operations, Background Screening, and Talent Management Operations. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing excellent client service, with a process improvement mind set to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. The team works in cooperation with Talent Acquisition comprised of Recruiters and Sourcers to provide a best in class candidate experience during the interview and onboarding process.
+ Provide full lifecycle recruitment support for our campus programs:
+ Market and organize BlackRock recruitment events
+ Manage high-volume interview days (book conference rooms or video conferences, send meeting planners and confirmation e-mails, etc.)
+ Produce contracts for the US, Canada, and Latin America. Track and maintain all pre-hire employment documents.
+ Act as the main point of contact for onboarding (post-offer, pre-hire) to ensure all necessary actions are taken prior to the start date – maintain trackers, process the hire record, collaborate with internal teams (payroll, background screening, immigration), etc.
+ Coordinate the 9-week Internship Program – schedule trainings and networking events, draft weekly newsletter, monitor the performance review process, etc.
+ Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients (managers, employees) and candidates by efficiently and effectively answering their questions, providing them with accurate information and / or sound advice within defined timelines
+ Create reports and analyse volume/trend data
+ Adept in using technology systems and applications to execute day to day responsibilities including Workday, Oleeo, and ServiceNow
+ Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations of processes, build/ follow proper controls to mitigate risk
+ Continuously identify and drive process improvement and standardization opportunities to provide an exceptional employee/candidate experience, identify areas for automation and reduction of risk
