As we build a leading digital consumer bank and expand into new products and partnerships, we are looking for leaders and individual contributors to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a member of the Consumer Cards Strategy & Performance team, you will work on high impact initiatives across the Consumer Cards organization, helping to innovate and shape the strategy of one of Goldman Sachs’ newest and fastest growing businesses. In this role you will help:

+ Evaluate new opportunities that align with the broader Consumer strategy and vision to deliver simple and transparent products and services to consumers

+ Launch new initiatives, working with a cross-functional team to take them from just a concept to a live offering in market

+ Craft the strategic narrative for the Cards organization for senior stakeholders across the firm

+ Develop financial models and analyses that translate into business strategy

+ Research industry trends and competitive developments

+ Partner with teams across functions including product, risk, servicing, and engineering to advance our goals and help us serve our customers better

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of experience in a Strategy, Product, Consulting or Finance role

+ Experience building financial models from scratch

+ Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability with an interest in addressing complex problems and questions

+ Meticulous attention to detail

+ Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills who can present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact

+ Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects

+ Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines

+ Knowledge of FinTech landscape and consumer financial services is a plus

+ Bachelor or Master’s degree
