Responsible for the removal of finished WIP skids, replacement of plungers, barrels and empty totes on skids, as well as accurate tracking of inventory movements utilizing the handheld device.


List essential job functions that comprise the job:

1. Supplies work center with necessary raw materials and removal of components.

2. Removes Trash and Empty Totes.

3. Movement of skids of WIP, totes, and other components.

4. Maintains work area in accordance with 5S standards.

5. Must consistently meet prescribed safety, quality, production, and efficiency standards.

6. Maintains strict control of all raw material usages, and product yields.

7. Communicates process abnormalities to Team Leader and Supervisor to facilitate corrections in a timely manner.

8. Maintains production, batch, and quality records as required.

9. Follows all Edgewell safety/cGMP policies and guidelines.

10. Required to work overtime/alternate schedules as business needs dictate.

11. Responsible for startup and shut down functions of all department equipment as dictated by production schedule.

12. Responsible for daily turnover communication between shifts with fellow Team Members and Management.

13. Quality Control of materials as required. (quarantine of material as required)

14. Perform other duties as directed by Team Leader and/or Supervisor


+ Be aware of and follow the Environmental Policy and EH&S work instructions/procedures that apply to the job.

+ Perform every job safely, for the benefit of self, co-workers, contractors, and for the protection of facilities. This includes the use of required personal protective equipment and use of safety equipment/devices, guarding, as well as safe work practices.

+ Immediately report every job related injury or illness, regardless of severity, to a team leader/supervisor.

+ Assist in investigating accidents as directed by your supervisor.

+ Take necessary actions to correct or stop any unsafe conditions or practices.

+ Actively participate in safety meetings and training.

+ Review Material Safety Data Sheet instructions before working with any chemical product.

+ Maintain work area in safe condition by ensuring the work area is clean and orderly

+ Comply with all safety work rules at all times. Actively participate in safety initiatives

+ Work overtime, flexible hours, and weekends, as needed or required.

+ Other duties as assigned.


+ Accurately and timely complete all Quality checks and properly document.

+ Colleagues are responsible for their own quality and that of colleagues within their span of control.

+ Colleagues are responsible to follow all established Quality procedures and instructions.

+ Notify supervision for corrective action if and when defects are found and/or parts/processes do not conform to specifications.


+ Education :

+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

+ Experience :

+ Over one month, up to six months

+ Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

+ Requires the use of commercial English, grammar and arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, including decimals and fractions.

+ Simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawing specifications, schedules, and wiring diagrams.

+ Use of adjustable measuring instruments, graduates and the interpretation of their various applications.

+ Posting, preparation, interpretation, use, and checking of reports, forms, records, and comparable data.

+ Testing:

+ None required.
