Position Summary

Working with the fraud emerging risk technology team assist in the development and implementation of new functionality to detect and prevent fraud in the following areas: On-line Banking, Mobile Banking, Account Take Over, Deposit Applications, and Wallet Provisioning. Provide project management skills ensuring the deliverables are on time, meet business objectives, and adhere to all Bank process standards. Communicate with senior technology on the project status and escalate if necessary.

Required Skills

- 1 to 3 years of related experience.

- Must be analytical and have the ability to manage competing priorities

- Good communication skills

- Must have excellent positive interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to bridge/facilitate/report efforts between technical, business and operational teams

- Proven success and accountability in supporting large scale application, or infrastructure projects

- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills as well as ability to work with and coordinate with teams virtually are required

- Must be detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to support multiple concurrent initiatives

- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Powerpoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Excel, and or WebEx

Desired Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field

- Ability to take detailed process requirements, understand them, and ensure the team is executing the process correctly.

- Work with developers ensuring all audit and regulatory issues are addressed.

- Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects assisting different development teams in the Fraud Emerging Risk area.

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules, track and report project progress and status, and initiate escalation of issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure that all milestone deliverables meet with defined standards. Deliverables include requirement definitions, functional specification, architecture design, technical specifications and other documentation.

- Monitor progress against plan and proactively communicate variances

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
