Robert Half is seeking a corporate actions analyst for an exciting contract to permanent opportunity with a leading financial institution at their Newark DE campus. The ideal candidate will have at 2 years of corporate action, or finance experience.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the collection and payment of all global income across all securities types held by the firm and its Prime brokerage clients. Working within both Equity and Fixed income business lines and build up comprehensive product knowledge. Liaise closely with a large number of other groups across the firm, including trading desks, middle office and finance teams. Production of daily management reporting and daily reconciliations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalent experience 2 – 4 years corporate action, trade support or financial analysis experience Advanced knowledge of Excel including the use of pivot tables and v-look ups Requirements Excel Formulas, Microsoft Excel, Excel VBARobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
