MP Contract Flooring, a division of General Floor Industries, is looking to fill a position for a Field Operations Manager located in Dover, DE. This position requires traveling to and from job-sites.
Plans, directs and coordinates job-site activities to ensure that projects are completed within a predetermined time frame and budget by performing the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Pre walks job-sites to determine ‘phase of construction’ & installation readiness.
+ Post walks job-sites to ensure quality of installation, cleanliness & overall customer satisfaction.
+ Develops & maintains rapport with various customer contacts.
+ Reviews project proposal / plans to determine time frame, appropriate procedures, staffing requirements, and the allocation of available resources.
+ Reviews project status and modifies schedules or plans as required.
+ Confers with project / job-site personnel to provide technical advice and to resolves problems.
+ Recruiting of subcontractors / installers as needed.
+ Must possess leadership capabilities and the enthusiasm for learning
+ Willingness to travel throughout the state of Delaware with a valid driver’s license
+ Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
+ Construction and/or flooring experience preferred
