Job Description
Responsibilities
- This role involves the care and maintenance of residential properties, ensuring that the communities remain beautiful and welcoming for all residents
- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and watering
- Maintain the health and appearance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Perform routine hardscaping tasks such as pavers, pathways, and fire pits
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow removal, and storm cleanup
- Ensure all landscaping work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service to residents regarding their services and other related questions
- Other job duties as assigned
