Job Description


Well established, landscaping supplier is looking to hire a Bookkeeper/Office Manager who can manage accounting functions and general administrative and customer service responsibilities. In this role, you will assist with processing AP and AR transactions, data entry, managing fixed payment transactions, assisting with bank deposits, drafting email correspondence, performing bank reconciliations, processing client invoices, assisting with daily cash receipts, completing payroll journal entries, gathering and distributing incoming mail/packages, maintain office inventory, and perform other administrative tasks. In this Bookkeeper/Office Manager role, you will keep aligned with compliance by following general accounting policies and procedures.


· Enter and process accounts payable/receivable

· Order office supplies

· Provide administrative support

· Assist with the month end close process

· Maintain internal file/record keeping system

· Post payroll journal entries

· Monitor and manage invoice payments

· Assist with collection efforts

· Spreadsheet Maintenance

· Draft email correspondence


The ideal Bookkeeper/Office Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager role include and are not limited to:

· 2+ years of bookkeeping experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Must have QuickBooks experience

· Strong initiative and organizational skills

· Excellent communication & time management skills
