Structure and MEP disciplinesto join our New York office, working closely with our multidisciplinary engineers and consultant teams.As aBIM Coordinator working across all disciplines, you will lead the coordination and be responsible for the implementation of project BIM execution plans, and digital workflows for collaboration and data exchange. You will need to be fluent in the development and coordination of 3D models using Autodesk and/or Bentley software applications in major infrastructure and building projects.

Production of models and drawings using Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, Bentley Open Suite software a plus
Assist the BIM Manager in model management.
Coordinate all design matters between the key project stakeholders.
Coordinate services across multiple disciplines and compile into a relevant report.
Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans
Set up, configure, and manage the project BIM platforms
Support BIM implementation, authoring, and coordination in all phases of a project
Lead model federation and design resolution activities, including assisting in model navigation and leading the team during model-based design review meetings
Use Autodesk Construction Cloud, Model Coordination as a coordination tool.
Communicate complex technical concepts in 3D digital models
Interpret design intent sketches provided by the project engineers
Comply with company and project-specific modelling and drawing standards
Guide and mentor the BIM Modelers and identify the training requirements.
Able to lead and manage the pool of BIM Modelers

Candidate Specification:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
5+ years of local industry experience in M&E BIM implementation
Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, Navisworks and Bentley Open Suite software a plus.
Knowledge ISO19650 a plus.
Strong understanding of developing, supporting, and managing models as per project standards
Diploma or bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline
The following experience is preferred
Experience with data management systems (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, and Microsoft SharePoint)
Experience in programming software/parametric tools (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python)

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
