Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Newark, DE. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:
Works within the Specialty Reagents In-Vitro Production team to produce antibody raw material.
Responsibilities include preparing nutrient supplements, expanding cell cultures, setting up equipment, operating an autoclave, and operating equipment needed to harvest and purify antibody material.
Responsible for monitoring and controlling processes while maintaining accurate quality records.
Work in a controlled environment and complete tasks aseptically to ensure no microbial contamination.
Set up equipment parameters for production using worksheets or SOP specifications or procedures.
Assist technical support to identify problems, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
Accountable for completing and maintaining proper worksheets and other quality documents documentation.
Check SAP for approval of raw materials.

Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $26.25 / hr.
Hours: 8/40 hrs/Week (1st shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday)
Length: Temp (6 Months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of2 years experience in manufacturing or lab environment.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Working understanding of Windows environment and related software
Working knowledge of Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Attention to detail and following procedures and area guidelines to comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies (FDA, ISO, OSHA)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
To continue to develop and learn additional laboratory procedures and area functions
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
