Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Administrative Assistant for one of our clients. The candidate is primarily responsible for the administrative tasks for a busy office environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited answering phones, correspondence, setting appointments, etc. Requirements include: 

  • Two or more years of experience in an office setting
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • High degree of independence
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
  • Self motivated with efficient problem solving skills
