We are offering an opportunity for a Call Center Specialist in Wilmington, Delaware. The role involves handling customer service calls related to unclaimed property, analyzing documentation, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. This role provides a chance to utilize your exceptional communication skills and customer service experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer service calls regarding unclaimed property

- Explain the necessary evidence required to complete a claim to claimants

- Utilize the company’s proprietary unclaimed property database to search for property

- Escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary

- Perform an analytical review of documentation to determine evidence needed to prove ownership

- Maintain detailed notes from each call in the claims database following client’s procedures

- Exhibit patience and understanding when assisting callers with their unclaimed property issues

- Guide claimants on how to file claims online and upload supporting documentation

- Identify patterns or trends in customer calls and report these to the supervisor

- Perform other administrative functions and special projects as needed

- Leverage skills in Inbound Call Center, Answering Inbound Calls, Call Center Customer Service, and Customer Service to perform tasks effectively and efficiently

Requirements – Role requires at least 1 year of experience as a Call Center Specialist or in a related field

- Proven experience in an inbound call center setting is necessary

- Must be adept at answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries

- Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach are essential

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed

- Must be able to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be advantageous

- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken, is required

- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is necessary; further education in a related field will be a plus.
