Manager, Accounting Systems - Data

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join a cross-functional team supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data/process design along with expanding business offerings. Your responsibilities will be linked to the planning, coordination and implementation of work across our existing and future ERP system. This will have broad impacts across our Controllers, Finance and partner systems across the company. The accuracy of these systems is essential to reporting correct financial information to our executives, regulators, and investors. Responsibilities will also include:
Working with a team of highly talented associates and contractors to design and implement solutions that will enable process re-imagination and change the way they work
Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our systems, including activities, risks and issues, assumptions and dependencies
Holding regular updates with executive leadership
Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 5 years experience in financial analysis, financial systems, or accounting, or a combination
At least 2 years experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Oracle, Workday or SAP
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
3+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Oracle, Workday or SAP
6+ years' experience in financial analysis, financial systems or accounting
1+ years of Agile methodology experience
