Job Description

 Based on the Company’s business strategic plans, lead and foresee the development of talent acquisition strategy and make timely adjustments whenever necessary (35%).
Create employee disciplinary guidelines and supervise actions to ensure fairness and compliance (10%).
Train the District Manager and HR Manager in resolving intricated and sensitive issues and supervise their training to subordinates on related issues (10%).
Provide support and consultation to the management team in subjects relate to Human Resource (10%).
Assess training and development needs for current workforce and workforce joining the company in the coming cycle to maximize employees’ abilities and growth potentials (10%).
Propose competitive benefit and compensation programs and periodically review current practices to attract and retain talents (10%).
Lead the Company’s administrative matters by setting up budget plans and monitor spending, while also responsible to ensure the proper support of the whole company (15%). 

REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related and 5 years of experience in any Human Resources related occupation in e-commerce industry, also accept Master’s degree in same field and 3 years’ experience in same field.
