What You’ll Contribute

The Senior Associate, Process Management will work closely with the Process Management Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to assist in identifying process inefficiencies, develop improvement strategies, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

+ Assist the Process Management Manager in identifying process improvement opportunities based on organizational goals, customer requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

+ Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement plans and initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks.

+ Work with cross-functional teams to gather process-related information, analyze data, and identify root causes of process issues.

+ Support process mapping and documentation efforts to create clear and standardized procedures and workflows.

+ Participate in process improvement workshops and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and suggestions for process optimization.

+ Assist in monitoring and measuring process performance metrics, identifying trends, and reporting findings to the Process Management team.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and propose improvement solutions.

+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.

+ Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in work deliverables.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks and projects.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.

+ 3+ years experience in process management, process improvement, or a related role.
